Piper Companies is seeking a Pre-Sales Field Engineer, to support a leading cybersecurity company specialized in radio frequency (RF) cyber-based counter-drone technology. The Pre-Sales Field Engineer will support DoD sales by demonstrating and explaining D-Fend's Counter-UAS technologies, ensuring technical alignment with mission needs, and facilitating smooth transitions to deployment.

Qualifications for the Pre-Sales Field Engineer include:
- Prior hands-on experience in a technical field role—such as Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer—supporting military, federal, or homeland security clients.
- Skilled in planning and executing field demos, including equipment transport, setup, operation, and troubleshooting, while effectively communicating system benefits.
- Familiar with tactical technologies like RF systems, electronic warfare (EW), SIGINT, or C5ISR platforms used in defense operations.
- Capable of delivering clear, confident briefings and presentations to military personnel, government officials, and industry partners.
- Foundational knowledge of networking, IT systems, and drone technologies such as GNSS, RF communications, and telemetry.
Compensation for the Pre-Sales Field Engineer include:
- Salary: $160,000 - $180,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
