Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for a federal program out of Herndon, VA . *This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance*
Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Developer:
· Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and custom applications
· Define platform governance, development standards, and security controls
· Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks, FedRAMP, FISMA, and TRM standards
· Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, catalog items, dashboards, and integrations
· Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using MID servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services
· Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
Qualifications of the ServiceNow Developer:
· 7+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
· Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ServiceNow platform architecture
· Experience working with federal programs and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, DHS TRM)
· Experience developing modules, workflows, catalog items and integrations
· Must have an ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance (DHS or CBP Clearance HIGHLY preferred)
· Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies
· AL/automation experience highly desired
· Bachelor's degree in related field
Compensation of the ServiceNow Developer:
· Salary: Between $120,000 - $165,000 based on years of relevant experience
