Ghostrock, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a recognized leader in Federal Government contracting, is seeking a CIWS Technician to join our team in San Diego, CA. This role supports U.S. Navy Ships under the direction of Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) and serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Position Responsibilities:
- Direct, oversee repair activities, train, troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain the following:
- Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) and associated systems
- Rolling Airframe Missile Launchers (RAM) and associated systems
- Rolling Airframe Missile Guided Missile Launching System (RAM-GMLS)
- Provide technical support for procurement, installation, at-sea testing, preventive/corrective maintenance, and lifecycle management of systems.
- Interpret technical manuals, apply repair standards, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Position Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Active Security Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NEC (Navy Enlisted Qualifications) in related system:
- CIWS (V02A)
- SEARAM (V39B)
- RAM (V01A)
- 4+ years of related experience with shipboard systems and associated systems.
- Strong technical comprehension with the ability to read and interpret manuals and standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with hand tools and multi-meters.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technical applications.
- Knowledge of 3M
- Fiber Optics Technician Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and handling tools/equipment.
- Regular verbal and auditory communication.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to board naval crafts, navigating passageways and steep ladders.
- Comfortable working in shipboard and industrial environments.
