You will be the Quality Engineer Staff for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class missile production quality and continuous improvement across the PAC‑3 MSE program.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above, or
equivalent experience/combined education.
• Strong understanding of engineering requirements and mechanical and electrical inspection methods
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts that will enable development and review of QE processes, and related Performance Metrics.
• Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming material (Material Review Board).
• Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems utilizing causal analysis tools.
• Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with Quality Management, Program Management, Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Government Representatives,
and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the capability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Desired Skills:
• STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above preferred.
• High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• A basic understanding of the MFC SAP and P2P business systems.
• Experience as a team lead and facilitator.
• Experience with hardware inspections.
• Experience with AS9100, AS9102, J-STD-001, and IPC-610 interpretation and application experience.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
