Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of experience may include:
1. Extensive experience in Surface Warfare operations at the tactical level;
2. Experience in combat forces maritime operations at the Warfare Commander level to include Joint/Coalition integration;
3. Understanding of complex synthetic wargame scenario development, being able to create realistic and challenging scenarios to meet established training objectives;
4. Must have mastery of current learning and instruction principles to include effective communications, group discussion facilitation, instructional format, and be comfortable briefing large, diverse training audiences.

Help
- You will serve as the command's principal Training Specialist for all SUW aspects of planning, coordination and execution of synthetic wargames and academic training events
- You will supervise, assign and mentor personnel as required to ensure effective execution of academic training, synthetic wargame scenarios and exercise control
- You will provide key wargame input and feedback regarding the design of wargame scenarios, and coordinate with SUW Commanders, as well as Joint and Coalition SUW participants in the development and execution of stated objectives
- You will coordinate with counterparts at higher headquarters for wargame scenario design as well as coordinating with commands for participation in wargame events, validating exercise directives, and messages for all major planning conferences
- You will represent the command's SUW Module during all applicable conferences, meetings, teleconferences and video teleconferences
- You will review and provide input to all SUW-related official correspondence, messages, and documents.
