Halvik is seeking a Network Engineer for a full-time role in Monterey, VA.
Responsibilities include:
Wired and wireless network performance monitoring, network optimization and testing IT project management
Implementation of network security controls
Advanced troubleshooting and analyzing all elements of the network infrastructure.
Background in Team Management, Project Leadership, Network.
Required skills:
Candidate must be able to maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years of experience.
IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
7 years of progressive experience in computer system/network engineering, including 2 years of specialized experience related to the tasks
