Work Location: Orlando, FL
Level 3: BS+6-8 YRS or MS+4-6 YRS
Pay Rate: $71.59 Hourly OT40
Active Secret Clearance
This position requires the ability to travel to Ocala periodically and Eglin AFB 1-2x per year

We are seeking a highly motivated System Integration/Test Engineer. The System Integration/Test Engineer will support Close Combat Systems (CCS) Line-of-Business (LOB) supporting Growth and Development (G&D) and/or Independent Research and Development (IRAD) activities.

• The candidate is responsible for technical support, risk reduction and improvements of multiple legacy missile programs.
• This candidate will perform activities including development testing, systems integration, system qualification, and flight test initiatives.
• In this role, the candidate shall be responsible for analyzing design specifications/requirements, determining verification methods, development of test documentation, development of Integration and Test processes, execution of system component integration, and coordination with Customer program offices and test facilities for test planning and execution.
• This candidate will support tasks related to design specifications/requirements, validation and verification review, support qualification and environmental testing.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports and leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
• Test Coordination (Security, Shipping, Logistics)
• HW and SW test planning and execution (i.e., component, lab, field)
• Integration and testing troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• System/subsystem integration including for make and buy hardware
• Familiarity with test/evaluation techniques



Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering , Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
• Must have good communication skills, work in a team environment and can solve cross-functional technical problems.
• The candidate must be comfortable handling hardware.

Required Experience:
• Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Troubleshooting experience.
• Candidate has 2-4 years Testing Lab experience
• Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Testing experience
• Candidate has 2-4 years Report Writing
• Candidate has 2-4 years Problem Solving Capability
• Must have experience with test labs (MFC Dynamics Lab or NTS), flight testing.

Desired skills:
• Missile Flight / Guidance Test experience
• Experience with Rocket Motors, Control Actual Systems or ESAFs is helpful
• Familiarity with design, integration, analysis, validation, and verification
• Experience with Environmental test labs (MFC Dynamics Lab or external test facilities).
• AMSTAR and ALSPES at Redstone Testing Center (RTC).
• Missile telemetry / data collection and analysis
