Summary:
In this role, you will work with and guide a multi-disciplinary team of analysts, data engineers, developers, and data consumers in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You'll use your experience in analytical exploration and data examination while you manage the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable platforms for your clients.
- Experience using Shell and Python scripting, Terraform, and Ansible for automation
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes for seamless PostgreSQL deployment and management
- Experience in deploying and managing PostgreSQL databases on cloud platforms like AWS
- Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics, and isolation levels
- Ability to work in a complex enterprise environment and determine the best solution required for business and customer needs
- Ability to manage tasks and projects independently with minimal guidance and direction
- Ability to independently research, design, document, and implement new database services

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
