Trilogy Innovations is seeking a System Administrator with RHEL and Windows experience to remotely support our federal customer. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team, while taking part in a multi-year initiative to modernize our federal customer's large-scale IT systems.
This role requires at least a Secret Security Clearance, and primary work location is remote.

Role Description:
- Lead and assist with functional builds and deployments across non-production and production environments using Jenkins.
- Orchestrate the installation, hardening, testing, and ongoing maintenance of RHEL 7/8/9 & Windows-based systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and security enhancement.
- Automate Application server deployment for Pega and Tomcat Web Server using Ansible in addition to apply OS patches on RHEL 7/8/9 across multiple environments introducing efficiency gains and minimizing manual intervention for increased productivity.
- Provide dedicated support to PEGA developers, Java developers, and DBAs while addressing application upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Application and RHEL OS issues.
- Experience in supporting AWS infrastructure implementation/administration (Services like AWS IAM, VPC, EC2, EBS, EFS, RDS, S3, Management Service (KMS), ELB, Auto Scaling, Security groups, ACL, Cloud Trail and Cloud Watch)
- Analyzing security requirements (Compliance, Standards, etc.) and applying latest security patches to ensure that each resource or system has the proper resources allocated to it.
- Leverage Splunk, Grafana, Ansible, and extensive experience to manage and enhance Java Based applications as well as system monitoring, analytics, and automation.
Role Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- 4 Year Degree Information Technology or related field or a total of 10 years of system administration experience
- 7+ years of experience in upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems. System administrator will ensure the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the environments they manage meet the needs of the users.
