Operations Manager
This position requires an active Top Secret clearance to be considered.
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
The Operations Manager will provide on-site leadership at each Center, overseeing all contract operations and serving as the primary liaison with Department of State (DOS) staff. This role ensures operational excellence, contract compliance, and effective personnel management while maintaining authority to act on behalf of the contractor. An Assistant Operations Manager will support operational activities at each Center.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Operations Manager : Pay commensurate with experience.

Operations Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee day-to-day contract operations, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and performance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with DOS staff and exercise authority on behalf of the contractor for operational decisions.
- Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and supervision of Center personnel.
- Monitor operational performance, develop metrics, and maintain regular reporting on operations and quality.
- Ensure contract compliance, including documentation, audits, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, process improvements, and workflow efficiencies.
- Coordinate with Assistant Operations Manager(s) to ensure consistent performance and operational coverage.
- Support budget oversight, resource allocation, and logistics planning as needed.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet program goals and objectives.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Operations Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in a government or contractor environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing personnel, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
- Knowledge of contract management and compliance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.
- Ability to make decisions independently and exercise full operational authority.
