We are currently seeking a talented Mid to Senior level Oracle Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for delivering top-quality results and taking on new challenges. 

To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Top-Secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.

Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Technologies.
• A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, architecture, and security. 
• Hands-on experience managing OCI tenants, VCNs, IAM, Compute, and related infrastructure configurations such as gateways, routing, security rules and access policies. 
• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• This person will have an opportunity to cross train and learn different cloud technologies. A desire to learn and grow technically is required. 
• US Citizen with an active Top-Secret security clearance. 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficient in using the AWS CLI, PowerShell, and Python, to identify and resolve issues in an AWS environment.
• Experience in implementing version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for infrastructure code.
• Experience with designing, managing and deploying AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch while utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a team of talented engineers and developers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive business success.
Design and implement complex cloud-based solutions using Oracle Cloud technologies.
Collaborate with a team of engineers and developers to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
Utilize your expertise in Oracle Cloud to provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud technologies to continuously improve and enhance solutions.
Ensure the security and reliability of cloud-based solutions by following best practices and industry standards.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize impact on project timelines.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor junior team members and provide training on Oracle Cloud technologies.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to integrate cloud-based solutions with existing systems and processes.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance systems and processes.
Adhere to project deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed-upon timelines.
Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
