SUMMARY:
DAWSON is seeking a Quality Manager (QM) to support our growing environmental team that is executing technical consulting work OCONUS. The QM will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the contracts Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures all services and deliverables meet or exceed performance standards, while coordinating with the Project Manager and Government representatives to address findings and corrective actions. The QM is responsible for quality assurance audits, process improvements, and compliance with ISO and DoD quality standards.

JOB LOCATION:
- Joint Region Marianas (JRM HQ, Guam) as the central duty station.
- Rotational visits to Naval Base Guam (NBG) and Andersen AFB (AAFB).
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and evaluations of contract performance.
- Track deficiencies and corrective/preventive actions.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to the Government.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and staff training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 3 years of quality management experience supporting large-scale federal or DoD service contracts with complex quality assurance requirements. Experience should include implementing and auditing QMS, ISO 9001 standards, or equivalent, and working with Government quality oversight processes.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.
- Bachelors degree in quality management, business, engineering, or related field.
- Strong skills in audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive action management.
- U.S. citizenship; eligible for base access.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Six Sigma or Lean certification.
- Experience with DoD quality assurance systems.
- Prior O&M or base support services contract experience.
