Blu Omega is committed to delivering innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced Agile environment.
We're looking for an architect with the skills needed to build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the client's mission by modernizing and automating various customer processes.
This role is more than just coding. We need a ServiceNow Architect who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll use the Agile life cycle to work with the development team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods
- Experience with Web development, including JavaScript, XHTML, HTML, CSS3, XML, or Angular, and back-end technologies including SQL, JSP, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB) administration
- Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web services
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or technical discipline and 10 years of relevant work experience or 20 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
Nice To Have:
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming
- Experience with datastore solutions i.e. SQL, and No-SQL databases
- Experience with application design concepts and tools, including using UML, ERD, and Flow Diagrams
- Experience introducing open-source solutions into ServiceNow via Script Includes or as JS or CSS Includes
- Experience implementing ServiceNow inside a DevOps pipeline
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methods
- Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP Integrations
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
Salary Range: $150K-$160K
