OneStream Lead Developer

Blu Omega is seeking a OneStream Lead Developer to guide the design, build, and delivery of OneStream solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD). This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring system architecture, reporting, and automation align with enterprise financial management needs.

Location : Remote
Interim Secret Clearance Required

Responsibilities:

• Lead the build and configuration of OneStream applications, including data integration, metadata, workflows, dashboards, business rules, and calculations
• Partner with clients to gather requirements and demo system capabilities
• Oversee and contribute to system documentation, testing, and end-user training
• Manage configuration management across development, test, and production environments
• Design and deliver financial cubes, statements, notes alignment, and consolidated reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, accounting, IT, economics, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years of OneStream development
• Active Secret Clearance

Nice to Have:

• SQL and VB.net
• Government financials and federal accounting concepts
• Experience with TM1, Oracle Hyperion, or CPM tools
• Leadership experience in technical delivery and solution development

Salary Range: $100K-$130K
Our final salary offer will be based on several factors, including depth of technical skills, work experience, education, certifications, and clearance
