Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a Government Consulting company located in Ashburn, VA through a hybrid work environment (onsite 2-3 days per week). The Senior ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and integrations to support DHS mission objectives and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, etc.) to meet mission requirements.
- Build workflows, dashboards, catalog items, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Implement automation and performance improvements across ServiceNow capabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable JavaScript using Glide API (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs).
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and scripted transforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies; estimate and deliver within Scrum sprints.
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508 standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of development experience, including 3+ years in a senior ServiceNow developer role.
- Skills: ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integrations (APIs, web services, MID servers), automation, and performance tuning.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer (Architect certifications preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline OR 3+ years of relevant specialized experience.
- Clearance: Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance (any agency) OR ACTIVE DHS CBP OR ICE Public Trust clearance.
