Your Impact:
- Serve as a key point of contact for over 100+ program personnel, managing timecards, travel expenses, and process improvement efforts
- Deliver insightful cost-reduction recommendations and identify opportunities for financial efficiency
- Independently handle PMO and customer inquiries, providing clear, actionable information
- Coordinate travel and financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in a 24x7 operational environment
- Collaborate across teams — including program management, customer leadership, and field operations — to drive seamless communication and results
- Track, analyze, and report on program expenses, payments, and vouchers
- Support additional PMO and sponsor requirements to help achieve program milestones
What You’ll Bring:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (required)
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for education
- Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems
- Strong understanding of customer operations and mission requirements
