Apex Systems is currently hiring for an Integration & Test Engineer with a government services/DoD company that that will sit in Moorestown, NJ.
Project Details / Mission Supported:
Join a team focused on integrating, testing, and demonstrating complex defense systems for key customers including the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Missile Defense Agency, Air Force, and international partners.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:
• Perform system-level integration of software and hardware in lab and operational environments.
• Analyze data to identify and resolve system anomalies.
• Develop and execute test procedures and reports to verify system requirements.
• Lead technical efforts to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Collaborate on system design, modeling, simulation, integration, and testing.
• Interface with customers during test and evaluation activities.
• Support waterfront installation and testing, both in-port and at-sea.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• BS in Engineering or STEM with 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years of relevant military experience.
• Flexible to work non-standard shifts and travel.
• Eligible for U.S. DoD SECRET clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Navy ship environments and testing processes.
• Experience with government contracts and complex weapon systems.
• Knowledge of Aegis Combat System, Unix/Linux, and system-level software/hardware integration.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer engagement skills.
Location: Moorestown, NJ
Onsite expectation: 4/10 schedule
Clearance Level: Secret
Salary/Pay range: $70-80/hr
