Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field
• 8+ years of job-related experience, or a master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience

Nice to Haves:

• Agile experience
• Systems Engineering: Proficiency in systems engineering, decomposing requirements into architecture, internal and external interfaces, design behavior with emphasis on: Ground pre-planned or ad-hoc scheduling and situational awareness of satellites and payloads, Experience with tracking IR payload or ground mission data transport, handling, and analysis
• Software/Systems engineering: Experience decomposing the high-level space-ground systems design into ground software/systems design.
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE): Experience with MBSE methodologies and tools such as, CAMEO or MagicDraw.
• Programming and Tools Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, and MATLAB, including for software developer coordination, system analysis, prototype algorithm development, or modeling.
• Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in system design and deployment.
• Simulation and Modeling: Background in simulation and modeling analysis with tools like STK, particularly in aerospace applications a plus Previous experience with IBM Cognos, Power BI, or Domo.

Responsibilities:
