Senior Cloud Operations Engineer – Multi-Cloud (TS/SCI)
Location: Charlottesville, VA (Hybrid – 4–6x onsite per month; must live within 100 miles)

What You’ll Do
- Engineer multi-cloud environments, connecting and securing Azure + AWS with hybrid integrations
- Deploy and automate infrastructure using Terraform, CI/CD, and GitOps methodology
- Containerize and scale workloads using Kubernetes (AKS/EKS or similar)
- Implement cloud governance: deploy Azure Landing Zones, develop policies, and enforce STIG compliance
- Collaborate with DevSecOps and engineering teams to deliver mission-critical solutions
What You Bring
- 2+ years Kubernetes production experience (AKS, EKS, or similar)
- 1+ year deploying Azure Landing Zones and implementing policies
- Hands-on Terraform experience in production environments (CI/CD, GitOps)
- Familiarity with AWS networking (VPC, DNS, TLS; Direct Connect a plus)
- Security+ (IAT Level II) and at least one cloud certification (Azure or AWS)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have: AWS Direct Connect, Crossplane, updated Azure/AWS certifications, Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent
