Logistics and Scheduling Specialist
26.61/hr. + HW

Summary and Requirements:
The Logistics and Scheduling Specialist will work closely with internal departments and external vendors using ticketing systems (such as Remedy, ServiceNow, etc.) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) to ensure the proper flow of activities and tracking of items within the office of Move Services for our government customer.
• Must be able to assist with the movement or lifting of small furniture/ materials up to 40 lbs.
• Business professional attire consistent with the position. A company shirt must be provided if required for the position.
• Must be able to follow directions, and function effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Conduct all duties in accordance with codes and safety regulations from OSHA and other government agencies. If safety shoes are required for a position, it will be the responsibility of the contractor.
• Knowledge of and experience in the legislative environment is a Plus
• Must successfully complete a criminal history records check (or other applicable security clearance).
Qualifications
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and handling challenging assignments.
• Experience interpretating and communicating product information to high-level customers.
• Familiarity with web-based incident management tool(s) (such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
• Proficiency in updating databases with new information and scheduling product deliveries/pickups.
• Possession of interpersonal and decision-making skills for recommending effective solutions.
• Commitment to work throughout the entire Congressional Transition period.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365).
• High school education with a minimum of two years of office experience.
