Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the modernization of an enterprise-wide software development platform. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. You will translate complex needs into clear user stories and process workflows, supporting the delivery of new platform features, CI/CD automation, and improved developer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to create and maintain end-user documentation.
• Knowledge of SharePoint sites editing and maintenance.
• Communicate with End Users through the ticketing/request system and provide support.
• Exhibits strong communication skills; facilitation, interview, formal document writing, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates mastery in independently applying strategic thinking, scoping, requirements elicitation, and requirements management to complex projects.
• Validates solution(s) delivered to meet business needs for program, project, and subproject as assigned.
• Use tools to create or maintain dashboards to report project progress.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Proficiency in one or many Agile-based tools such as AzureDevOps, Jira, GitHub Enterprise server, Trello, etc.
• Knowledge of SharePoint site pages and document maintenance.
• Strong Communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong Active Listening and translating technical concepts into non-technical audiences.
• Independent Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
• Takes full responsibility for requirements gathering and management.
• Proficient in making well informed decisions to address roadblocks with minimal supervision.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Public Trust or higher, depending on contract requirements).

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI or other reporting/dashboarding tools.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Knowledge of Azure
