Position Overview:We are seeking a ServiceNow Deputy Program Manager to lead efforts supporting the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This hybrid role (2 days on-site per week in Alexandria, VA) requires active engagement across multiple projects, system upgrades, integration tasks, and service delivery activities aligned with OCIO objectives. The candidate must have experience leading ServiceNow ITSM implementations and a strong understanding of project governance in a federal IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the ServiceNow-based ITSM platform project, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and OCIO standards.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability to the DAS/OCIO Project Success Center (PSC).
- Oversee major/minor projects, upgrades, updates, patches, and software/system changes.
- Coordinate systems development, integration, and O&M activities performed by internal teams or subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with all OCIO security, data, and infrastructure protocols, including the handling of confidential or sensitive information.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support documentation, change management, and stakeholder reporting efforts.
Qualifications:
- Must be a full-time employee of the prime contractor or its subcontractor.
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience, specifically managing ServiceNow implementations.
- Strongly preferred: Agile training or certification, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in compliance with federal standards and policies.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
- Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
