Front-End Web Software Engineer
Location: Huntsville, AL (minimal travel required)
We’re seeking a talented Front-End Web Software Engineer to help modernize mission-critical
planning tools by transitioning them from desktop to cloud-native web applications. This role is
central to designing and developing the next generation of interactive, high-performance web
applications used to support complex operational planning efforts.
What You’ll Do
● Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using Microsoft Blazor (Server and
WebAssembly)
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create seamless, efficient
experiences
● Participate in the full software development life cycle within a CMMI Level 3
environment
● Contribute to architectural decisions and front-end best practices
● Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve web applications
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
● 5+ years of experience in front-end web development with a focus on ASP.NET and
Blazor
● Proficiency in C#, .NET 6.0+, and front-end debugging tools
● Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and responsive design
Bonus Skills
● Familiarity with JavaScript (React/Angular), HTML/CSS, Docker, and cloud environments
(AWS or Azure)
● Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, or CMMI practices
● Knowledge of modeling and simulation applications
