Job Description:
• High-Level Tasks:
◦ Serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives
◦ Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner
◦ Complete project planning and associated schedules for telecommunication moves, adds, changes, daily maintenance, repair, new installations, testing, and attend meetings to maintain the highest level of voice communications
◦ Oversee the coordination and workflow of the AV/VTC Team
◦ Assist in the alignment of team efforts and resources within the to meet project goals
◦ Complete and brief In-Process reviews (IRPs)
• Stakeholder Engagement:
◦ Act as the primary liaison with client stakeholders.
◦ Provide regular project updates and reports.
◦ Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts.
• Quality & Deliverables Management:
◦ Ensure all deliverables meet performance standards and deadlines.
◦ Develop and implement a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
◦ Drive corrective actions when issues arise.
◦ Maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Qualifications (Must Haves):
◦ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR four (4) additional years of related experience.
◦ Experience: 5+ years managing federal/defense IT projects
◦ Certifications
▪ Required:
• Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PgMP, CompTIA Project+, etc.)
▪ Nice to Have:
• Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent)
• 100-140 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) IT Support 100-150 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking 100-160 Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity
◦ Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience leading AV/VTC operations
◦ Leadership: Proven ability to direct and motivate multi-disciplinary teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
◦ Clearance: Active SECRET clearance required
