Position Title: ABAP Developer Analyst
Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)
Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required; Active Secret preferred, Interim acceptable
Position Status: Contract
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Position Description:
We are hiring three (3) ABAP Developer Analysts to support a large-scale federal SAP program. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade application development projects in a mission-critical environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in SAP ECC development, front-end and back-end SAP UI5/ABAP development, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business requirements into clear and scalable enterprise application designs
• Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and project stakeholders to analyze solutions and provide recommendations
• Create technical documentation including specifications, flowcharts, and logic diagrams for SAP ABAP development tasks
• Develop and maintain SAP UI5 front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build and support backend ABAP Objects and OData Services for business logic integration
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of SAP application enhancements and modifications
• Contribute to technical reviews, sprint activities, and agile development processes
Required Skills & Education:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ECC ABAP development
• Proficiency in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming and SAP UI5 framework
• Experience developing OData Services and integrating them with SAP Fiori applications
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Relevant SAP development certification (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP with SAP NetWeaver)
• U.S. Citizenship (required for federal contract compliance)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Interim or Active Secret Clearance
• Prior experience supporting federal government clients or programs
• Exposure to agile methodologies and SAP solution lifecycle
