Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Product Manager with a strong technical background and domain expertise in flight dynamics and orbit determination to lead product development efforts in the aerospace and satellite software space. You'll own key parts of the product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to launch and iteration—working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams. This Position is a hybrid role located in Arvada, CO, San Franciso, CA, or Seattle, Washington. Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities for the Product Manager position
- Own the roadmap for Flight Dynamics and Event Management product areas.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and key results.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver innovative features on time.
- Conduct user research, shadow customers, and analyze data to develop deep user empathy.
- Monitor product performance and use metrics to guide product iterations and improvements.
- Drive customer-facing initiatives that accelerate workflows and deliver measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications for the Product Manager Position:
- 3+ years of product management experience , preferably in aerospace, satellite, drone, or flight vehicle industries.
- Strong understanding of flight dynamics and orbit determination .
- Hands-on development experience with Python and embedded systems languages (e.g., Rust, C++).
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and delivery cycles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
