- Serves as a supervisory senior project manager leading a team of Information Security System Officers, and Project Managers supporting the robotics automations development application team for supported information systems.
- Participates in systems requirement reviews and coordinates with customer and functional representatives and other technical personnel to clarify requirements.
- Performs assignments related to IT project planning, monitoring, and/or coordinating systems life cycle functions using Agile methodologies.
- Prepares plans to meet substantial changes in workload and proposes and justifies revisions in staffing levels, work priorities and deadlines.
- Supervises employees: plans work, sets priorities, develops standards, evaluates performance, resolves issues, ensures quality results, and advises on administrative/technical matters.
