Responsibilities:
Evaluation of existing electrical systems, components, and applications through testing and implementation
Design, build and test of electrical components and systems
Design electrical diagrams, block diagrams, interface control documents
Design conceptual wiring diagrams, and release detailed wiring diagrams
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) segregation routes as a function of the signal type
Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) protection implementation
Wires/cables selection to satisfy signal type, current, voltage, EMC, and EMI aircraft requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in design of electrical systems for aviation
Aircraft Experience
Cabling & Harnessing
AutoCAD
AS50881 experience
SolidWorks Electrical / 3D modeling & diagraming Highly Preferred
