Title: Mission Assurance Cyber Analyst
Location: Fort Meade, Maryland (FULLY ON-SITE)
Clearance REQUIRED: Top Secret/SCI
Years of Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 8-12 years of overall related experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
-Mission Decomposition & Risk Analysis
-Ability to break down high-level missions into component parts and functions
-Identify critical mission elements and perform risk analysis to uncover vulnerabilities
-Recommend mitigation strategies based on risk findings
-Task Critical Asset Validation
-Determine which assets are essential to specific tasks
-Validate the criticality of assets in mission execution
-Network Engineering
-Read and interpret network topology maps
-Understand how assets integrate within the network
-Familiarity with RMF (Risk Management Framework) is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
-Have knowledge of DoD Mission Assurance (MA) and its applicability to the Mission.
-Have knowledge of the DOD Cyberspace layered Network Architecture topology include Functional GWs and various Mission Partner network Edges.
-Have knowledge of the Enterprise IT systems, services and tools that support the Mission along with its Lifecycle roadmap.
-Understand the ITIL Framework in developing and executing MA and MRT-C related plans and initiatives.
-Coordinate with applicable directorates, HQs, subordinate headquarters, service cyber components, CCMD, components, and agencies with cyber related missions to identify, assess, and develop MRT-C mapping of agency assets.

-SIPRNet GIG Interconnection Approval Process System (GIAP)
-Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)

-Provide performance metrics and key performance indicators, which should measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of MRT-C mapping to reach goals while providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-Review Tasking Orders / Operations Orders (TASKORDS/OPORDS) for policy compliance and efficacy.
-Develop and maintain SOPs, TTPs, Agency Instructions, other documentation that governs MRT-C process. -Constantly improve the process.
-Produce and present briefings of their findings, as well as meeting minutes, after action reports, trip reports, as necessary.
• This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
