Job Description
The primary production output from the VTM SC Research and Reporting Analysis capability is the Contractor Activity Report (CAR), which is an unclassified document. Historically, USCENTCOM Vendor Threat Mitigation completed 8 CARs per week. While the historical average is provided, future quantities are unknown. The Support Cell will be notified by USG when a vendor has submitted all the required documents in the designated VTM system. Once this notification is provided and the contractor has been assigned the workload the subsequent timeline to complete the CAR commences .
Completed CARs shall be submitted to the USG via the SharePoint web portal and/or system of record as they are completed, without stockpiling, NLT than 14 calendar days after initial workload assignment. The contractor may request additional time from the USG based on the difficulty of the individual report or current volume of reports. Each request will be considered and approved or rejected on a case-by-case basis.
The VTM SC Research and Reporting Team (RRT) shall use only PAI collection methods NTE PKI/CAC authentication access. The RRT shall use publicly available sources and work within a managed attribution (MA) environment to develop a comprehensive picture of a company's current business model, company structure, and any business relationships with the USG, coalition partners, or other companies. CARs must be accurate and complete documents that require no additional revisions to include validation against other sanction listings. Required Skills
Proficient in using online unclassified sources to conduct PAI research and reporting.
Possess Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in any field of study
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Suite of applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
An active USG SECRET clearance with at least one year remaining before investigation.
