GCyber is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to support a high-profile DISA customer. The primary objective of this position is technical delivery for SharePoint and CRM platform services. You will report directly to the Program Manager overseeing Tier 2/3/4 support, system engineering, and modernization efforts for a portfolio of Microsoft cloud and on-prem applications.

As the IT Delivery Manager for Microsoft Platform Services, you will:
- Lead technical teams in maintaining and supporting on-prem and cloud SharePoint/CRM environments.
- Oversee migration planning, execution, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
- Manage technical plans for IT engineering and enterprise architecture projects.
- Ensure delivery of quality tools and technologies in line with Government objectives.
- Provide escalation support for complex issues, including third-party integrations (Power Platform, Business Applications).
- Ensure compliance with certification and accreditation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (i.e., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+)
- BA/BS in a technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT consulting, delivery management, or related roles.
- 5+ years hands on experience and expertise in SharePoint (on-prem and Online), Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and cloud migration.
