JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manages system network connectivity to all Site SCI Units and SCIFs.
Uses network tools such as SolarWinds and GEM monitoring tools.
Configures networking devices including switches, routers, and Taclanes.
Troubleshoots circuit actions up to the layer-3 level.
Conducts staff assistance visits as required/requested.
Configures networking equipment IAW STIG’s and other applicable guidance.
Manually upgrades and patches networking devices.
Performs cable and fiber management.
Installs, configures, and troubleshoots voice over IP phones.
Installs, configures, and troubleshoots video teleconferencing systems.
Oversees and manages IP subnet allocations.
Assists in keying and managing site-wide cryptologic devices.
Coordinates network actions with Defense Intelligence Agency and 16th AF.
Develops network and infrastructure maps.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
TS/SCI
At least five years’ experience in network administration with a current CompTIA Security+ Certification at a minimum with Network+ or higher preferred.
Bachelors Degree
