Position Title: Project Manager
Clearance Requirement: Public Trust
Position Location: On-site, Washington, DC

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects supporting the Security Services Branch (SSB), including physical access control systems (PACS), video surveillance (CCTV), identity management, and enterprise security services.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and resource allocation plans.
• Track project progress and provide status reports, presentations, and executive-level briefings.
• Coordinate across technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Support the development of standards, SOPs, and security documentation as part of project deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to leadership when necessary.
• Ensure project compliance with federal guidelines, NIST standards, and USCP security policies.
• Serve as a liaison between technical staff, security engineers, and leadership to translate requirements into actionable plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience
• Project Management Certification is strongly preferred. (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Experience managing Mid-Large Enterprise Projects
• Experience with managing the full IT project lifecycle to include requirements, development, implementation, and maintenance
• Knowledge of installing and maintaining Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) is a plus
• Experience with developing and presenting executive briefs
• Experience with managing cross-organizational relationships and third-party vendors
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project is a plus
• Experience supporting a PMO is a plus; supporting an IT PMO is highly desired
• Previous experience with a Government Agency is highly desired
