Koniag Management Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and execute technology initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT initiatives
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders
- Conduct project meetings and provide status updates to leadership and project sponsors
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience managing project budgets and resources
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and systems development
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements
- Stakeholder management experience
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Additional certifications such as ITIL, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
- Experience with cloud migration projects
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts
- Experience with IT service management frameworks
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
- Experience with organizational change management
