Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Case Management Support Specialist working as part of a vibrant team on a contract providing cybersecurity and infrastructure protection services in support of an Intelligence Agency customer. All the personnel on the team will work collaboratively to support the mission and protect the agency's personnel, facilities, information, and systems. This includes delivering expert guidance and oversight to ensure a robust and effective protection program across multiple security domains and global locations.

Responsibilities
- Provides case management support to established program.
- Ensures case management team members provide timely security support to Personnel Security's internal and external tasking's, projects, and programs.
- Supports the execution and maintenance of the day-to-day programs though case management initiatives.
- Provides agency level technical expertise concerning the personnel security disciplines and standard operating procedures in support of case management.
- Trains case management contractor staff, as needed.
- Prepares, supports and administers case management program briefings, as needed.
- Prepares, writes, and presents reports, various forms of correspondence, as required.
- Researches, prepares and maintains security procedures/guidance in support of case management.
- Briefs leadership and others, as required, regarding the program requirements and regulations in support of case management.
- Maintains and updates databases and files (e.g., PeopleSoft security system of records, SharePoint Pages, internal file folders, etc.) with data entry in a timely manner/real time related to case management, as needed.
- Responds in a timely manner to all telephone and/or email actions, questions, or status inquires.
- Assists in maintaining distribution lists for customers to contact program for case management, as needed/required.
- Brings case management issues to the attention of the government Team Leads.
- Assists the government program team to help in developing recommendations for case management improvement.
- Provides innovative process improvement solutions to improve program case management system and reportability to DNI utilizing process improvement techniques and methods.
- Documents and provides Weekly Activity Report (WAR) actions in the program's designated template and timeline to the Government Lead.
- Monitors all case progress to ensure cases are completed within mandates.
- Manages assignment, tracking, reporting and prioritization of cases as specified by the Government.
- Creates the Quarterly Metrics reports and delivers for review at least three business days prior to the external suspense.
- Prepares the monthly metrics slides with all required information and delivers to program leadership by the seventh business day of the month.
- Elevates to the program leadership issues and proposed solutions to bottlenecks precluding achievement of metrics and pull metrics reports as requested by government teams.
- Maintains all tracking reports and status reports in Drive shared files, with the latest revision in the external folder, and historical records maintained in an archive folder.
- Maintains metrics slides and reports in the shared files, as appropriate based on classification level.
- Ensures all case data entry is current and accurate in the PeopleSoft Investigations and Adjudication Modules.
- Inspects and documents that all folders are clearly marked and easily searchable, using the document mapping criteria provided by the Investigations and Adjudications Branch Chiefs.
Qualifications

Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field to personnel security.
- Significant experience in personnel security (7-10 years) in the DOD/IC.

Required Skills:
- Significant experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Attention to detail when applying personnel security case management methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in clear and concise writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure meeting required timelines and Federal Investigative Standards quality standards.
