FMS Program Analyst

Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts. Is instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to, PATRIOT, and the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System. Coordinates with the Program Management Offices, Industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to a foreign entity or COCOM request.
Responds to Integrated Logistics Support requirements for host country to include Ground Support Equipment and support vehicle requirements, multi-modal transportation Plans, and working group support.
Provide support requested foreign visits to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required (25%).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to taskers related to FMS funding.
- Ensure obligation plans are documented properly.
- Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans.
- Draft memorandums of request for action items.
- Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary.
- Assist in preparing updates for COP/CEA 7 reports.
- Prepare material for Country briefings and reports/memorandums.
- Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings.
- Develops FMS cases in DSAMS. Conducts all aspects of the FMS Repair and Return program.
Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required (25%).
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of FMS experience preferred
- Candidate must have an active secret clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one
