Overview
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to support the Army Global Unified Network – Increment 1 (AGUN-INC1) program. As part of the Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM-O) initiative, this program plays a vital role in keeping the Army connected through global network modernization efforts. AGUN-INC1 is designed to unify the next generation of Army transport systems in compliance with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate.
This role focuses on reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of IT technical engineering documentation and artifacts. The Quality Analyst will be essential in maintaining compliance with technical standards and facilitating cross-team collaboration on major IT projects, including system migrations, installations, and deployments.
Key Responsibilities
• Review IT technical engineering documentation and artifacts for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Validate and edit diagrams created in Microsoft Visio and Draw.io, Excel configuration documents, Confluence pages, and other technical materials to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Assess GitLab repositories to verify Ansible scripts, including inventory files and playbooks, for alignment with technical standards and project requirements.
• Support the documentation of installation floor plans, Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) connectivity, migration strategies, and project plans.
• Participate in and facilitate meetings to monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and provide quality-related feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, installation, migration, and project management teams to align deliverables and maintain documentation quality.
• Track documentation updates, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure all documentation complies with government and contract standards.
Required Qualifications
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Require active DoD IAT Level II (i.e. Security+) certification or equivalent prior to start.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in quality assurance, technical documentation review, or IT systems analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Excel, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, migration strategies, and system configurations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience as a quality analyst or documentation specialist on government contracts.
• Knowledge of IT system migrations, installations, and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks and technical compliance standards.
