Job Description
ECS is seeking an Executive Assistant/Program Administrator to work in our Arlington, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.
ECS seeks an onsite Executive Assistant/Program Administrator to support a new Quantum initiative within DARPA's Microsystems Technology Office (MTO). The candidate will support a DARPA MTO PM to ensure timely, proactive, and comprehensive administrative support to initiative. Responsibilities include cultivating productive working relationships across the Agency, proposing and applying energetic approaches to tasks. The successful candidate will have demonstrated proactivity to identify and solve problems. The candidate will support all aspects of daily work routine: maintaining their calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and speaking engagements; determine priority of matters of attention for the DARPA PM and keep the DARPA PM advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, and exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

Required Skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a DoD Secret clearance
- 3+ years of experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent oral and written skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Self-starter who is willing to both take the lead and provide support in a team within a complex, fast-paced, cross-disciplinary work environment
- Experience with DARPA, i-ARPA, ARPA-H or ARPA-E
- Knowledge of DoD or other Government operations and operations
