Job Position: Target Analyst
Clearance: TS/SCI
Location: Molesworth, UK
Join a high-performing team of intelligence professionals dedicated to providing critical insights and target development in support of the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) mission. As a Target Analyst, you will play a key role in researching, analyzing, and producing Target Materials (TMs) for Electronic Target Folders (ETFs), focusing on facilities, individuals, virtual assets, equipment, and organizations.
In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for producing TMs in accordance with Joint Publications (JP), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) standards, and EUCOM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your work will directly support warfighters, military leadership, and national policymakers with timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence. Key Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
· Conduct in-depth research and all-source analysis to develop TMs and populate ETFs.
· Apply analytic tradecraft to identify and assess targets across multiple domains.
· Ensure all target development products meet applicable doctrinal, legal, and policy standards.
· Collaborate with intelligence community partners and EUCOM stakeholders to align targeting priorities.
· Stay current on relevant doctrine, policies, and emerging technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience as an imagery analyst, including imagery exploitation and creating imagery products ?
· 3+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyze findings
· 1+ years of experience with Intermediate Target Development (ITD)
· 1+ years of experience in the EUCOM AOR
· Experience working with partners across the Intelligence Community
· Experience with MIDB and MARS ?
· Knowledge of the DoD and IC
· ? Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
· TS/SCI clearance
· Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis, or 10+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis in lieu of a degree
Desired Skills:
· 1+ years of experience as a foreign disclosure representative
· Experience with data analytics and visualization
· Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or Joint Targeting cycle?
· Knowledge of national or commercial imagery
· Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols
· Graduate of the Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) Course
