The Opportunity:
IntePros Federal is expanding its elite team by seeking a Director of Business Development & Capture to drive growth for its AI solutions, IT engineering, and professional services across DoD and FedCiv markets. Citizenship/Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret or TS/SCI clearance.

Locations: Remote role, but must be located in the DMV area for in-person customer and partner meetings and to attend local industry events.

Responsibilities:
• Lead business development and capture activities to continuously increase pWin, including customer meetings and call plans, pipeline and gate reviews, capture strategy reviews, opportunity solutioning, black hat sessions, and win theme and discriminator workshops.
• Develop and maintain strong Federal Government customer relationships (i.e., contracting officers, program managers, decision makers) to implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base, leveraging company capabilities, past performances, contract vehicles, and expertise.
• Identify and qualify opportunities through analysis of customer needs and priorities, agency budgets, forecasts, and procurement/market trends.
• Participate in strategic Federal Government industry groups, associations, and events to develop growth opportunities and increase industry presence.
• Formulate teaming strategies with industry partners to strengthen proposals and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience in Federal Business Development and Capture for IT Services and Solutions.
• Documented track record of increasing pWin, leading to strategic wins.
• Extensive and demonstrable understanding of federal acquisition regulations and processes for competitive procurements, sole-source contracts, IDIQs, OTAs, BAAs, SBIRs, and CSOs.
• Strong existing relationships with key government stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge and connections with industry partners for strategic teaming for upcoming and future opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to forge new relationships and nurture existing relationships with authenticity and communications centered on value delivery.
• Ability to travel outside the DMV for select customer meetings or industry events
