Job Description
ECS is seeking a Service Now Developer to work in our Norman, OK office.

We are seeking skilled Service Now Developer(s) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and a proven track record of successful Service Now implementations. Required Skills
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Service Now solutions.
  • Design and develop Service Now applications/modules, including configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.
  • Customize and enhance existing workflows, forms, and UI components to meet business needs.
  • Implement and maintain Service Now best practices for development, configuration, and administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Service Now with other enterprise systems. Provide technical expertise and support for Service Now-related issues.
  • Stay informed and knowledgeable of Service Now platform updates and new features to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Public Trust/ Sensitive clearance.
Desired Skills
  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer.
  • Familiar with the Agile-Scrum process with a commitment to support the development team Solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, CSS, and other Service Now scripting languages.
  • Experience with Service Now integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server configurations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with Service Now FSM and Metric Base is a plus
