Provide administrative and project information support across client operations, including policy implementation, program evaluation, staff training, information management, travel coordination, and event support. Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement organizational/administrative policies and procedures.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend operational improvements.
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff.
- Support information and records management processes.
- Deliver administrative services including office management, facilities coordination, HR support, and budget/finance.
- Manage travel processes in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Use IT programs, databases, and computerized systems to support daily operations.
- Provide on-site AV technical support for events (connectivity, presentation/media access).
- Create and edit audio-visual content such as presentations and videos.
- Set up and reset conference, board, and training rooms.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines; identify and resolve complex problems.
- At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.
- Experience creating and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
- Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff.
- Experience in information and records management.
- Experience in office management, facilities management, HR, and/or budget/finance.
- Experience with travel management.
- Proficiency with a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and commitment to quality customer service.
- Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes.
- Experience providing on-site AV support during events.
- Experience creating/editing presentations and videos.
- Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms.
- Bachelor's degree in business or information management; related certifications preferred.
