What will I be doing? You will be providing supportin creating, maintaining, and enhancing the U.S. Government's ability to produce accurate, timely, and relevant current and long-term all-source intelligence. In this role, you will be using your expertise in all-source intelligence analysis to:
- Conduct near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the Program's mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning
- Support, establish, and maintain a network of contacts for all-source analysis and reporting, ensure analytical findings are based upon multi-layered research and sources, and provide a functional perspective with regional emphasis on relevant existing and emerging threats
- Providing situational awareness of adversary threat capabilities to support I&W, authoring strategic regional and global JIPOE products to enable planning, and authoring intelligence products for the United States Strategic Command HQ Staff, assigned Component Commands and Task Forces, and the Intelligence Community
- Other duties as assigned
You mustmeet the minimum requirements:
- At least 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience:
- Providing support for plans and JIPOE analysis;
- Preparing, integrating, briefing and publishing broad and complex all-source intelligence studies, papers, briefings, and assessment in coordination with other Agency elements and IC components on adversary regional issues;
- Supporting the development of intelligence collections requirements and providing feedback and evaluations to IC reporting;
- Providing analysis supporting Target Systems Analysis and target folder development for nuclear, kinetic, and non-kinetic targeting efforts;
- Maintaining Government furnished databases and software applications, to include the use of visualization tools, in support of strategic intelligence analysis to include support to briefings, papers, and presentations;
- Conducting near-term, mid-term, and long-term analysis supporting the Program's mission of providing current intelligence to senior leadership as well as support to deliberate and operational planning; and,
- Providing analytical support for the development, validation, implementation and modification of current and evolving Command and DoD planning documents requiring insight into foreign strategic forces, policy, intentions and technology
- At least 10 years of direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command or DoD intelligence unit, of which at least 8 years are on the adversary function,
- OR, 12+ years of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience
- At least ten (10) years of direct intelligence analysis experience at an IC or DoD Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command or DoD intelligence unit, of which at least 8 years' experience are analyzing strategic mobile missiles
- OR, 10+ years of civilian intelligence analysis experience or equivalent academic experience with adversary strategic mobile missiles.
- Be a credentialed SME or recognized expert:
- who has authored/published intelligence products or civilian/academic pieces on the adversary function
- with general DIA analytic credentials who has authored/published intelligence products or civilian/academic pieces on adversary strategic mobile missiles
- who has authored/published intelligence products or civilian/academic pieces on the adversary function
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance. Must be willing to take/pass a CI Poly for SCI access.
