Job Description

As a Security Professional - Access Control - Weekdays in Denison, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As an Access Control Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and unauthorized access. Your visible presence and commitment to outstanding customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. In this driving post, you will play a key role in supporting a secure workplace by following established protocols and demonstrating Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity in every interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles to help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site policies.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining access control measures, such as verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs specific to manufacturing and industrial environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
