Job Title: HR IT System Support Systems Administrator Subject Matter Expert
Location: On-Site Mark Center Alexandria, VA
Hours: Regular Full-Time
Salary: $120k- $150k
Clearance Requirements:
This position requires a current and active Secret clearance at the time of application.
What you will be doing:
Provide DCPDS and HR System support for the Technology & Data Support Division (TDSD) of WHS-HRD that will be responsible for account permissions. maintenance and access controls for DCPDS and Business Objects Enterprise Reporting System (BOERS), collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SME)s to enhance system capabilities and structure, as well as data integrity and quality controls.

Provide the following:
- Provide technical support of HR systems (i.e., DCPDS, BOERS, etc.)
- Support HRD DCPDS Program manager in all facets of system support.
- DCPDS work groups
- System Functionality Testing
- Change request review/submission
- Table maintenance
- Report development and analysis
- System problem intake and problem resolution support
- Conduct training classes on HRD HR Systems to included: BOERS, MyBiz, DCPDS and other systems as they are stood up.
- Ensure the availability of systems, report outages and manage outages until systems are back online keeping leadership informed of most current status.
- Provide support of DCPDS program, functionality, user account maintenance and system structure.
- Troubleshoot DCPDS personnel and DCPS payroll matters as a result of personnel action processing with the DCPDS and other related HR applications.
- Prepare and/or develop routine Personnel Data Reports for HRD and its supported agencies and Field Activities using DCPDS source data.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Account Management and Access Control
- DCPDS Account Management: Create, modify, deactivate, and activate accounts for civilian and external users.
- BOERS Account Management: Create, modify, and deactivate accounts for civilian and external users.
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Generate ad-hoc and recurring reports to analyze serviced population data.
- Produce scheduled recurring reports.
- Create recurring quarterly reports.
- System Testing and Training
- BOERS System Testing: Conduct testing after system upgrades or patches.
- BOERS Training: Provide training on the BOERS system.

- DPMAP Support (Performance Issues)
