- You Will Serve as the NAVWAR modernization lead, and is responsible for cost, schedule and performance of C5ISR systems delivery on board U.S. Navy surface and subsurface units
- You Will Manage and delegate resources to execute multiple large complex projects
- You Will Monitor all execution team activities throughout, maintaining awareness of availability status,
- You Will Ensure modernizations follow all statutory and regulatory compliance IAW NAVSEA Technical Specifications 9090-310 series and the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM) by reviewing AIT Performance Work Statements
- You Will Develop briefs and communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders up to the customer level, including ship's Commanding Officers, senior military, civilian management, and fleet type commanders.
