Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Computer Systems Analyst to join a Federal Program located in Norfolk, VA or Charleston, SC. The Computer Systems Analyst will contribute to the development and sustainment of health IT systems used in deployed settings, shipboard platforms, and theater operations.

Responsibilities of the Computer Systems Analyst:
- Analyze and evaluate complex computerized systems supporting deployed medical operations.
- Design, develop, and test system components and network protocols.
- Administer LAN environments and troubleshoot UNIX and Windows-based operating systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Support system lifecycle activities including integration, documentation, and performance optimization.
Qualifications of the Computer Systems Analyst:
- Education: High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be actively pursuing one of the following within 18 months of hire:
- Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)
- Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
- Or, with COR approval, a vendor/platform-specific certification such as:
- Microsoft Certified Developer (MCAD), Database Administrator (MCDBA)
- Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP)
- CISCO CCNP or CCDP
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- VMWare Certified Professional (VCP)
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Must be actively pursuing one of the following within 18 months of hire:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in computerized systems including:
- System design, development, and evaluation
- Network protocols and LAN administration
- UNIX and Windows OS environments
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI (TS minimum required)
- Experience with JOMIS, TMIP, and Theater Medical Systems
- Familiarity with Ship Board environments and RAISE 2.0
- Understanding of deployed healthcare IT systems and operational readiness platforms
- Agile development and cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Compensation for the Computer Systems Analyst:
- Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 *flexible based on experience*
