Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior System DOORS Requirements Engineer to join our team! In this role you will s upport the THAAD Weapon System Engineering Directorate (TBTE) of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage, develop, and maintain system requirements using Digital Engineering (DOORS, Cameo, Rhapsody, etc.), ensuring traceability and compliance with MDA's strategic objectives.
- Support the Requirement Lead and Engineer SME in deriving, refining, updating, and validating THAAD system requirements.
- Create, modify, and manage requirement attributes, links, and baselines within DOORS to align with system development phases.
- Participate in requirements reviews and lead the DOORS data analysis to inform decision-making processes and satisfy Objective Evidence.
- Train and assist junior engineers in the utilization of DOORS for requirements management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, documented, and communicated.
- Lead the preparation of Trace Certification Memo, Digital Delivery documentation, and Digital Engineering reports from DOORS, Cameo, and Rhapsody for various stakeholders and review boards.
- Maintain and track task schedules and levels of effort needed to meet overall Requirement team's goals.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field and 7+ years engineering experience
- Active Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain the clearance
- Minimum 5+ years using DOORS for requirements management
- Understanding and application of sound engineering and analysis principles
- Familiarity with complex missile systems and analysis
- Familiarity with Digital Engineering and tools
- Proficiency in written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Ability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Military, Government Civilian, Prime Contractor, and Supporting Contractor personnel
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Familiarity and past experience with THAAD, the Missile Defense Agency, and/or other complex Missile Defense systems
- Experience supporting requirements development, allocation, and traces preferably in support of the MDA Engineering and technical baseline processes
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate across the THAAD Program Office, supporting MDA Stakeholders, and industry partner
