The Vice President of Growth will lead and execute the company’s strategic growth initiatives within the federal marketplace. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex federal sales cycles, particularly with DoD and FBI programs. The ideal candidate will leverage their government contracting knowledge, relationships, and industry insights to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and cultivate long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy targeting the DoD, FBI, and broader federal government agencies.

Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, managing pipelines, and closing high-value federal contracts.

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key federal decision-makers, procurement officers, and government stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with capture, proposal, and technical teams to shape winning strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs.

Stay informed on federal acquisition policies, regulations, and emerging trends impacting defense and law enforcement agencies.

Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance market intelligence, competitive positioning, and customer satisfaction.

Represent the company at industry conferences, government events, and client briefings.

Mentor and develop a high-performing growth team focused on federal market expansion.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth leadership within the federal government sector.

Demonstrated success in securing contracts and partnerships with the DoD and/or FBI.

Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, including FAR/DFARS, GSA schedules, and related regulations.

Established network of contacts within DoD and FBI agencies is highly desirable.

Proven ability to lead complex, long-cycle sales and capture efforts in the federal marketplace.

Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) preferred.

Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances as required.
