Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Support Analyst, Senior (Part-Time)
Location: Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ
Clearance Required: SECRET

Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Manufacturing Operations Support Analyst, Senior to support the Prototype, Manufacturing, and Test Department (PMTD) at NAWCAD Lakehurst. This role provides critical engineering and technical support in alignment with the Department of Navy’s Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Support Equipment (SE) programs.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Senior Engineers to apply manufacturing principles to industrial layout and production challenges.
• Perform time and motion studies to establish standard production rates and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze and manage manufacturing production support data; evaluate processes, practices, and applications for continuous improvement.
• Support test operations, technical investigations, and prototyping for ALRE and SE systems.
• Assist in reviewing engineering documentation, technical manuals, and maintenance procedures to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.
• Provide support in Quality Assurance (QA), including inspections, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor work-in-progress, support material and production planning, and maintain workflow tracking using the J.E.D.I. system.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing manufacturing production support data, performing data analysis, and evaluating processes, practices, and applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with industrial layout, production operations, and time/motion studies is highly desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with database or workflow systems (e.g., J.E.D.I., SQL) is a plus.
• Must possess an active SECRET clearance.
